Senior Environment Artist at EA DICE setting workflow and benchmark standards, creating architectural structures, destructible set pieces, workflows therein, mentoring and R&D.
I work from white-boxing to finishing an asset to the highest quality including modelling, texturing, creating destruction setups and authoring shaders. I work together with a lot of our disciplines to set and meet visual, technical and also design expectations - this also extend to our outsourcing vendors with whom I work very closely with creating briefs and handling feedback.
I also work a lot with mentoring, onboarding and documentation for our craft making sure we stay up to date and improve how we work together.
